We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item
- Initiate a return: Go to My Orders and select "Return Items" for the order you wish to return.
- Select items: Choose the items you want to return and select a reason for the return.
- Print label: You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print it and attach it to your package.
- Ship it: Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
- Track your return: Monitor your return status in your account. We'll notify you when we receive it.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the item within 2 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- It may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- Full item price for items in original condition
- Original shipping costs (only if the return is due to our error or defective product)
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. A flat rate of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. During the return process, select "Exchange" instead of "Refund" and choose your preferred option. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We'll send a prepaid return label at no cost
- You'll receive a full refund including original shipping
- Or we'll send a replacement at no additional charge
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company (refunds may take time to process)
- If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discount or during a sale are eligible for return under the same terms as regular-priced items. The refund will be for the actual amount paid, not the original price.
